Oil, Coolants and Lubricants
Sanding or grinding coolants, also called coolant lubricants, are used in production processes during severing and forming of workpieces on machine tools to prevent heat accumulation and reduce friction between tool and workpiece. Coolants should be filtered to extend their service life. Clean coolants also promote a better surface quality.
