  • The automatic workpiece feed is very precise and driven via vise-integrated motorized rollers
  • The robust and user-friendly touchscreen is used to enter the desired cut lengths, which then are produced in a fully automatic operation
  • The torsionally rigid saw frame provides excellent stability and vibration-damping characteristics
  • Large drive wheels and idlers extend the saw blade life
  • The saw blade tension can be precisely adjusted via a pressure gauge that is integrated in the clamping mechanism
  • Rigid high-precision carbide saw blade guides ensure excellent vertical angular accuracy of the cut
  • The reliable hydraulic unit provides the drive power for saw frame stroke and workpiece clamping
  • Saw blade feed via micro-adjustable hydraulic valve
  • All switches and controls are arranged centrally on an operator panel at the control cabinet
  • Unnecessary down-times are reduced by an optically controlled change-over from rapid feed to work feed
  • The extensive standard equipment package includes an integrated band breakage control, a high-performance coolant system, and a bundling vise
  • The extensive optional accessories includes everything from motor-driven roller conveyors to Minimal Quantity Lubrication (MQL)
