SSB Xn Series drill presses are the right choice for any workshop, from maintenance to finishing. The Xn Advance Series models feature a large touchscreen control panel with excellent readability for a safe and intuitive operation. Spindle speed and quill feed are selected by the user via a rugged manual transmission. The setup table with motorized vertical movement makes handling of heavy clamping tools and workpieces easier. This drill press is ideal for custom and small-series machining, and especially for maintenance of large equipment in the steel and industrial construction sector.

Modern operating concept with rugged touchscreen display

  • The large touchscreen features a rugged, resistant surface
  • The current speed is displayed on the touchscreen
  • An electronic depth stop halts automatic feed with greater accuracy and no mechanical stress
  • Upon reaching the desired thread depth, the spindle rotation will automatically reverse
  • Measuring units for input and display can be selected by the operator (mm or inch)
  • Coolant system and table feed can be activated on the touchscreen
  • The built-in operating hour counter aids in monitoring service intervals and cost calculation
