Machine frame 

• A steel frame made from certified raw material combined with a modern design, vast experience and extensive production know-how result in above average rigidity and accuracy
• All mounting surfaces of the carefully welded and strain-free steel construction are machined on modern high-end CNC machining centers
• All components subject to tensile loads have been carefully constructed and designed with large radii to eliminate the risk of welding cracks
• The large top beam is prestressable, and therefore optimized for lowest possible deformation
• The measuring system holder features a smart design and compensates for deformations at maximum loads to ensure constant reliable precision
• Guideways, piston bearings and seals are designed for optimum vertical load absorption ensuring long tool life

Work Area

• A large throat, long stroke, and narrow table ensure plenty of free space to accommodate complex bending sequences

Crowning

• The motorized lower crowning ensures precise bending results across the entire bending length when machining thicker sheet metals

Hydraulic system

• Hydraulic cylinders are custom designed for this machine’s requirement and are manufactured and honed in-house
• Hydraulic pistons also are manufactured in-house from forged steel, then hardened, ground, and chrome-plated
• Hydraulic blocks and valves from renowned manufacturers ensure lasting reliability
• Safety valves prevent damages to the system in case of overload conditions

Back Gauge

• The back gauge features a very robust design and is low maintenance
• The back gauge fingers can be quickly adjusted with a safety tool via direct access from the machine front

Front Support Arms

• Rigid support arms travel smoothly in a linear guideway and can be clamped at the desired position
• Gear racks allow quick vertical positioning of support arms
• Robust industrial brushes simplify the handling of metal sheets and protect their surfaces

Bending Tools

• Promecam (European) tool mounts accommodate an extensive selection of bending tools
• All tools are hardened and ground, and allow precise setup

Safety and Productivity

• The AKAS laser safety system monitors safety at the tool without affecting its functionality
• Safety Policy based on the latest CE standards
• A light curtain at the rear of the machine and robust safety guards at the sides secure the work area
